Pizzichino

Pinot Noir / Chardonnay

Pinot nero primarily vinified in white, to which a touch of Chardonnay is added to give it a fresh, fruity character. Pizzichino is fermented in the bottle, as dictated by the classic method. After two years, it is degorged and the yeasts are separated from the spumante. An elegant, highly-fruity spumante with a pleasingly fresh and lively sensation. Excellent as an aperitif, it is the perfect choice for festive occasions.
